1. Information we collect
To provide the App functionality, we may process the following data:
- Account identifiers, such as your Canva user ID and a session identifier scoped to the App.
- Image data, limited to the photo you have selected on the Canva canvas at the moment you ask ListBoost to score or preview a fix.
- App usage and operational data, such as score requests, fix previews, applied fixes, saved Shop Style settings, and error logs.
2. How we use your data
We use the data strictly to provide and improve the App, including:
- Scoring product photos for listing, shopper, and visual-search readiness.
- Generating recommended fixes for crop, margins, contrast, and background.
- Saving your Shop Style so you can apply it to subsequent photos.
- Supporting app reliability, security, and troubleshooting.
3. Where image processing happens
For the MVP, image scoring and fix-preview computations run client-side in your Canva session using the browser’s Canvas API. We do not upload your selected photos to a third-party server for analysis. If a future feature requires server-side processing (for example, batch fixing across multiple photos), we will update this policy and notify users in-app before turning it on.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell user data.
We may share data only with trusted subprocessors required to operate the App infrastructure (for example, hosting, database, and error monitoring providers), and only for purposes described in this policy.
5. Data retention
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the App and comply with legal obligations. If the App is uninstalled, associated data (including saved Shop Style settings) is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless longer retention is required by law.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
